For the last 15+ years, Etail has been offering its platform to clients, specializing in integration technology and optimizing ecommerce ecosystems. It's been battle-tested, refined and enhanced through real-world customer interactions, solving and automating solutions one problem at a time.

Through interactions with its manufacturer/brand customers and its distributor customers, Etail recognized that brands needed a better fulfillment solution and regional distributors needed a better way to service the D2C fulfillment needs that brands have on a nationwide level. By utilizing the proven capabilities of its platform and offering it as a centralized service, Etail is able to offer brands and distributors The Distribution Network.

The Distribution Network is the bridge connecting direct-selling brands to their distributors to scale and streamline nationwide D2C fulfillment. By connecting regional distributors into a seamless fulfillment network, Brands gain access to inventory visibility and nationwide fulfillment capabilities without having to build their own warehouses, contract 3PLs, hire people or add new systems.
By partnering with distributors who already carry their product in their warehouses, brands can reduce channel conflict and enhance distributor customer relationships.

Clyde Seigle is a founding partner and the Chief Technology Officer of Etail Solutions, where he has been instrumental in driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency since 2010. As the architect of the Etail platform, Clyde has a proven track record of implementing advanced technological solutions. With over 25 years of experience in strategic development and technology leadership, Clyde's extensive career includes significant roles such as Global Development Leader at HP Financial Services and Global CTO for Wolters Kluwer. A life-long software developer, Clyde has been creating paradigm-changing line-of-business solutions throughout his career, reflecting his commitment to leveraging technology for business growth and success.

Nigel Davies

COO

Nigel Davies is a Solution Architect at Etail Solutions, bringing over four decades of experience in leveraging technology for business growth. Since joining in 2012, Nigel has been pivotal in integrating e-commerce and order fulfillment systems. His extensive career includes collaborations with industry giants like General Motors and Home Depot, implementing advanced supply chain and manufacturing processes. A pioneer in agile methodologies, Nigel has managed over 200 projects and led global teams across multiple countries. Recognized with the 2012 Open Application Group Outstanding Contributor Award, Nigel continues to drive innovation and efficiency at Etail Solutions.

Jason Sparrow

Growth Portfolio Business Leader

As a Line of Business Owner and Director of Customer Success at Etail Solutions, Jason Sparrow is dedicated to enhancing customer experience, driving continuous improvement, and maximizing platform utilization. Jason and his team help clients achieve operational efficiency and business growth through strategic implementation of Etail's platform. Since joining Etail in 2015, Jason has served in various roles, including Implementation Leader and Strategic Advisor. His experience spans over two decades, focusing on ERP, CRM, and WMS systems. Jason has held positions as Vice President of Business Technology and IT Director roles across the manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries, where he consistently focused on IT serving as a strategic partner and competitive advantage for businesses.

Kristi Olson

Director of Marketing

Kristi Olson is Director of Marketing for Etail Solutions. Kristi leads the company’s marketing strategies, ensuring they align with the Etail’s long-term goals, external communications and multi-channel marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive new business opportunities. In addition to these responsibilities, Kristi is a key resource in working with our partner ecosystem, leading co-marketing strategies and tactics. Kristi has been with Etail since May of 2023. She has over 15 years of marketing leadership experience with previously held positions for companies in the consumer banking, medical device, biotechnology, manufacturing and automation industries. She holds degrees in Business Marketing, Advertising and Graphic Design from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

Tricia Lee

Controller

Tricia is the Controller at Etail Solutions, where she has been since 2023, overseeing comprehensive accounting, payroll, and revenue management. With over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, Tricia ensures strict adherence to GAAP standards and provides strategic financial leadership. Before Etail Solutions, she was a Senior Tax Accountant at CJMn, Ltd., noted for leading the Employer Retention Credit (ERC) program. Tricia's career includes roles as Senior Accountant at Worldwide Equipment Sales and Accounting Supervisor at Window Works. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Governors State University and an A.A. in Accounting from Joliet Junior College. Known for her dedication and proactive approach, Tricia excels in strategic financial management.
